Pecan Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. margarine
    1 lb. New York sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 to 2 tsp. cayenne
    2 tsp. salt
    4 c. flour
    pecan halves
Preparation
    Cream margarine; add grated cheese.
    Mix in flour, salt, cayenne and pecan halves.
    Roll in balls.
    Press pecan half on each.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Turn off oven and let stay in oven another 30 minutes.
    Makes 10 to 12 dozen.
