Frances' Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    1/2 c. Crisco
    3 c. sugar
    6 eggs
    3 c. flour
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. lemon extract
Preparation
    Cream butter and Crisco. Add sugar, then add eggs, one at a time. Blend after each egg. Sift flour twice and add alternately with milk. Add baking powder and lemon extract. Pour into a greased and floured tube pan. Bake in preheated oven at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
