Spaghetti Pie(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1 clove minced garlic
    1 (7 1/2 oz.) can tomatoes, cut up
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. basil
    1/2 tsp. fennel
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. butter
    3 c. hot cooked spaghetti
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    In 1 1/2-quart casserole crumble beef.
    Add onion, green pepper and garlic.
    Cook covered on 100% power for 4 to 6 minutes, stirring once.
    Drain fat.
    Stir in undrained tomatoes, tomato paste, flour, basil and fennel.
    Cook uncovered on High 6 to 8 minutes, stirring every 3 minutes.
    Cover and set aside.
