Crab-Avocado-Papaya Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lemon
    lettuce leaves
    1 large papaya or 2 pink grapefruits
    2 medium avocados
    1 lb. cooked crab meat, poached scallops or imitation crabmeat, crumbled
    1/2 c. slivered almonds, chopped Macadamia nuts or pistachios
Preparation
    Peel and slice papaya or section grapefruit.
    Peel and slice avocados.
    Sprinkle with lemon juice to prevent darkening.
    Add crabmeat and nuts and mix all together.
    Add Lemon-Tarragon Dressing.
    Border bowl with lettuce leaves.
    Makes 6 servings.
