Baked Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. mustard
    2 1/2 c. milk
    2 c. macaroni, cooked
    2 c. shredded cheese
    1/4 c. buttered bread crumbs
Preparation
    In saucepan, melt margarine. Blend in flour, salt and mustard. Add milk and heat, stirring constantly. The sauce will thicken a little.
    Add 1 1/2 cups cheese, stirring often. Add macaroni with sauce. Top with remaining cheese, bread crumbs and a pinch of paprika.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
