Lemon Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    1/4 c. butter flavored Crisco
    2 c. sugar
    8 egg whites
    1 c. milk
    3 c. plain flour
    1 tsp. lemon flavoring
    1 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Mix butter, Crisco and sugar until creamy.
    Add flavoring, cup of flour, baking powder, 1/2 cup milk, cup of flour, 1/2 cup milk and cup of flour.
    Beat egg whites until stiff; fold in the batter.
    Bake in 4 layers at 325\u00b0 until light brown, about 20 to 25 minutes.
