Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 medium sweet potatoes, boiled and peeled
1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 c. Pet milk
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. lemon juice

Preparation

Line a 10-inch pie plate with unbaked pastry.
In bowl, mash sweet potatoes and butter together until smooth.
Add rest of ingredients and beat until it's custard consistency.
Pour into unbaked pastry shell.
Bake 45 minutes at 375\u00b0.
