60 Minute Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. milk
    3 c. self-rising flour
    1/4 c. lukewarm water
    1/3 c. sugar
    2 pkg. yeast
Preparation
    Scald milk.
    Stir in sugar.
    Cool to lukewarm.
    Add flour. Beat until smooth.
    Cover and let rise 30 minutes. Stir batter down and fill muffin tins 2/3 full.
    Let rise 15 minutes. Bake at 400\u00b0 until golden brown.
