Crepes-O-Fat - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    5 egg whites
    2 c. skim milk
    Pam
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in bowl, until lumps are gone and batter is watery (if not add more milk).
    Use wire whisk or electric mixer. Spray pan with Pam every crepe.
    Put one ladle full of crepe mixture on hot pan and then tilt pan until mixture coats as much of pan as possible.
    Remember crepes are supposed to be thin - so spread batter as much as possible over pan.
    Crepes will cook quickly.
    Serve rolled up with jelly of your choice.
