Sour Cream Noodle Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. medium wide noodles
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper and garlic salt
    1 small can tomato sauce
    1 c. creamed cottage cheese
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. chopped green onions
    1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook and drain noodles.
    Brown meat, degrease and add seasoning and tomato sauce.
    Simmer 5 to 10 minutes.
    Combine cottage cheese, sour cream and green onions.
    Layer noodles, cheeses and meat in casserole dish.
    Top with Cheddar cheese. Bake 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
