Poppy Seed Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts, cooked, skinned and boned
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/4 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    2 Tbsp. poppy seed
    1 stack Ritz crackers
    4 celery stalks, chopped
    2 small cans mushrooms, drained
    1/4 c. chopped onion (can use less onion if you wish)
    1/2 tsp. basil
Preparation
    Mix everything together.
    Pour into lightly greased casserole dish.
    Sprinkle crushed crackers over all and drizzle with butter. Sprinkle poppy seed on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes. Very easy dish that reheats well.
    Great for pot-luck suppers!
