Vidalia Onion Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 large Vidalia onions, sliced
    Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. butter (1 stick)
    Town House crackers
Preparation
    Melt butter in a large pan and saute onions until tender. Pour onions in casserole dish. Cover with layer of crushed crackers and Parmesan. Sprinkle with paprika, if desired.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
