Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sauerkraut (16 oz. can)
    1/2 c. diced celery
    1/2 c. shredded carrots
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. green pepper, diced
    small amount of finely minced onion
Preparation
    Mix and let stand overnight in the refrigerator.
