Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 c. sugar
    2 egg yolks
    1/2 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. regular flour
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 egg whites, stiffly beaten
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix in order given.
    Bake in cupcake tins for 15 to 20 minutes at 375\u00b0.
    Will make 16 cupcakes (makes wonderful tea cupcakes also).
