Black And White Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. chopped nuts
    2 sq. unsweetened chocolate, melted
Preparation
    Cream butter, vanilla and sugar until light and fluffy.
    Add eggs and beat.
    Add flour and salt and mix until blended.
    Stir in nuts.
    Divide batter in half.
    Add cooled melted chocolate to half the batter.
    Drop batter alternately by teaspoonfuls onto greased and floured 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
    Run knife through batter several times to marbleize.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Cool on wire rack and cut into bars.
