Chili Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 bushel ripe tomatoes, dipped in boiling water and peeled
    2 doz. green peppers
    1 doz. red peppers
    3 lb. onions
    2 bunches celery
    2 qt. vinegar
    4 c. sugar
    4 Tbsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1 Tbsp. ground cloves
    1 Tbsp. allspice
    1 Tbsp. paprika
    1 Tbsp. red pepper
Preparation
    Dice tomatoes, chop peppers, onions and celery in blender or food processor.
    Combine all ingredients in large pot and boil about 2 1/2 hours.
    Place in hot, sterilized canning jars.
    Yield: 20 pints.
