Ingredients

3 Tbsp. cocoa
1 Tbsp. light margarine
2 c. skim milk
1/3 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/4 c. light nondairy whipped topping
Preparation

In a nonstick saucepan, combine cocoa and margarine.
Stir over medium heat until melted.
Add 1 3/4 cup of milk and the sugar.
Stir until hot, not boiling.
