24 Hour Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head lettuce, broken up
    1 layer celery, cut up
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 red onion, chopped
    10 oz. frozen peas
    Hellmann's mayonnaise
    1/2 lb. bacon, fried crisp
    2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Cook frozen peas, cool and drain.
    Layer head lettuce, chopped celery, green pepper, red onion and peas.
    Cover with mayonnaise and sprinkle with sugar.
    Top with layer of bacon, broken up. Refrigerate overnight.
    Toss and serve.
