Barbecue Flapjacks - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. barbecue sauce
1/2 tsp. Tabasco
1 (10 oz.) can biscuits
1 c. shredded cheese
Preparation

Brown beef and onions; drain.
Stir in barbecue sauce and Tabasco sauce; simmer.
Butter a 13 x 9-inch pan.
Press biscuits over pan to form crust.
Spread beef mixture over biscuits. Sprinkle with shredded cheese.
Bake 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
