Lo-Cal Strawberry Nut Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. strawberry gelatin (sugar-free)
1 c. boiling water
20 oz. sliced strawberries (unsweetened)
20 oz. crushed pineapple
3 crushed bananas
1 c. chopped nuts
1 pt. sour cream
Preparation

In large bowl, combine gelatin with boiling water, stirring until gelatin is dissolved.
Then fold in, all at once, strawberries, pineapple with juice, bananas and nuts.
Turn half of strawberry mixture into 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish as first layer.
Refrigerate about 1 1/2 hours.
