Fried Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 egg whites
1/2 egg yolk
1 Tbsp. + 1 tsp. olive oil
3 green onions, cut in 1/4 pieces
1/4 c. cooked chicken, diced, shrimp, turkey or combination
3 c. boiled rice (cold)
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. sugar
Preparation

Beat egg whites and yolk together.
In a small skillet, scramble eggs in 1 tablespoon of the olive oil.
Set aside.
In a large skillet, saute green onions in the remaining teaspoon oil. Add rice and mix thoroughly.
Stir in soy sauce and sugar.
Stir in eggs and meat.
