Appleless Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 unbaked pie crust and pastry for top crust
2 c. water
20 Ritz crackers
1 tsp. brown sugar
1 1/2 c. granulated sugar
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Bring water, sugar and cream of tartar to a boil in saucepan. Add crackers; boil 2 minutes more.
Pour into pie crust; sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon.
Cover with top crust.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Cool before cutting.
