Grape Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. Welch's grape juice
    3 c. sugar
    6 Tbsp. lemon juice
    4 c. water
    2 c. whipping cream
Preparation
    Mix grape juice, sugar, lemon juice and water.
    Let stand until sugar is dissolved.
    Add cream and mix.
    Pour into freezer container and freeze.
    Makes 1 gallon.
