Chess Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick butter
4 eggs
2 Tbsp. milk
1 1/4 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cornmeal
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
Preparation

Cream sugar and butter together.
Add eggs one at a time.
Add milk, cornmeal, vinegar, lemon juice and salt.
Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Reduce heat to 325\u00b0 and bake until set, about 45 minutes.
