Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork sausage
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. chopped bell pepper
    1 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. slivered almonds (optional)
    1 1/2 c. rice (uncooked)
    2 cans chicken broth
    salt
Preparation
    Separate sausage and brown.
    Add greens and wilt.
    Put dry rice in casserole and pour broth over it.
    Pour sausage and greens; cook 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0.
    Add water if dry.
    Use a 2-quart casserole dish.
