Chicken Taco Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boneless chicken breasts cut into bite-size pieces
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 (13 3/4 oz.) can chicken broth
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
    1 can corn, drained (or frozen)
    1 medium green pepper
    1 1/2 c. Minute rice, uncooked
    shredded cheese
    sour cream
    tortilla chips
Preparation
    Cook and stir chicken in oil until browned.
    Add broth, tomato sauce and seasoning mix.
    Bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat, cover and simmer 5 minutes.
    Add corn and green pepper.
    Bring to a full boil.
    Stir in rice.
    Cover and remove from heat.
    Let stand 5 minutes.
    Fluff with fork.
    Serve with cheese, sour cream and tortilla chips.
    Serves 4.
