Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. oil
    2 1/2 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 oz. red food coloring
    1 tsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. cocoa
Preparation
    Cream oil, sugar and eggs.
    Sift flour, salt and cocoa together.
    Add soda to milk.
    Add milk and dry ingredients alternately to creamed mixture.
    Blend well; add vanilla and food coloring.
    Add vinegar last.
    Pour into 3 layer pans and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until done.
