Blueberry Buckle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 egg
    2 1/2 c. flour
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. milk
    2 c. blueberries
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 c. butter
Preparation
    Beat 3/4 cup sugar and shortening until light and fluffy.
    Add egg and beat well.
    Stir together 2 cups flour, baking powder and 1/4 teaspoon salt.
    Add flour mixture and milk alternately to mixture; beat until smooth.
    Pour into 9 x 13-inch greased pan. Top mixture with berries.
    Combine remaining 1/2 cup flour and 1/2 cup sugar and cinnamon.
    Cut butter in until crumbly.
    Sprinkle on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
