Deviled Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. flour
1 c. hot water or soup stock
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. shortening
2 tsp. tomato catsup
paprika
1 cut up fryer
salt and pepper
Preparation
-
Brown chicken in hot shortening.
Remove and add flour to pan, then water for gravy.
Simmer for 1 hour, but turn after 30 minutes.
