Poppin-Fresh Barbecups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. ground beef
    4 1/2 c. barbecue sauce
    1 can refrigerated tenderflake biscuits
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
Preparation
    In large skillet, brown beef; drain, add barbecue sauce, brown sugar and onions.
    Separate biscuits.
    Place each biscuit in an ungreased muffin cup, pressing dough up sides to edge of cup. Spoon meat into cups . Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes until brown.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
