Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. vegetable oil
3 c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped nuts
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. grated carrots
Preparation

Combine eggs, sugar and oil in a large mixing bowl with electric mixer.
Mix well.
Gradually beat in flour, soda, salt and cinnamon.
Stir in carrots, nuts, pineapple and vanilla.
Pour batter into a greased and floured 10-inch tube pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until inserted toothpick comes out clean.
Cool 15 minutes.
Remove from pan.
May frost with your favorite frosting.
