Party Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. lemon jello
    1 c. hot water
    1/2 c. cottage cheese
    1/2 c. nuts
    1/2 c. maraschino cherries, cut-up
    1 small can crushed pineapple, well drained
    1 c. cream, whipped or 2 c. whipped topping
Preparation
    Dissolve jello and hot water and cool to congeal.
    Mix together cottage cheese, nuts, cherries, pineapple and cream. Sometimes I add 2 drops red food coloring to a dainty pink color. Pour into mold.
