Pork Shish-Ka-Bobs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium to large pork loin, cut into 1 to 2-inch cubes (depending on how much meat you need)
    1 c. soy sauce
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. minced garlic (fresh or processed)
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1/2 c. Regina red wine vinegar
    1 Tbsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Combine and mix well the following:
    soy sauce, sugar, garlic, lemon juice, red wine vinegar and black pepper.
    Add cubed meat and toss well.
    Let marinate at least 8 hours in refrigerator, stirring (or shaking depending on container) 3 or 4 times so all meat gets marinated.
    Use wooden or metal skewers.
    Can alternate meat with fresh vegetables:
    onions, red/green/yellow peppers, squash, etc.
    Grill over hot coals until meat is tested done.
    We have brought these to the family reunion and they went like hotcakes!
