Zesty Chicken-Potato Dish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 chicken breast halves (boneless, skinless)
4 large potatoes (sliced)
garlic salt
onion flakes (dried, minced)
salt
pepper
1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce
1 c. water
2 chicken bouillon cubes
2 Tbsp. cooking oil
Preparation

Melt bouillon cubes in water; set aside. Slice potatoes; cut each chicken breast half into 6 pieces. Place in large mixing bowl, sprinkle with garlic salt, minced onion, salt and pepper. Fold over with spoon until seasonings are well mixed with chicken and potatoes. Heat oil in large frying pan or cooking wok. Pour mixture in hot grease, stir constantly until chicken is slightly cooked. Stir in water mixture and hot sauce. Cover and cook on medium-low for 15 minutes or until chicken is done. Serve immediately. Should be slightly juicy but not soupy. If too dry add a small amount of water.
