Jalapeno Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. yellow cornmeal
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. grated Longhorn cheese
1 c. grated onion
5 large jalapenos, finely chopped
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. oil
1 c. sour cream
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can creamed corn
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients.
Stir in cheese, onions and jalapenos. Add eggs, oil, sour cream and corn; mix well.
Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
