Tea Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. plain flour
    1 tsp. soda
    2 eggs
    2 sticks margarine
    2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix together with a spoon margarine and sugar.
    Add eggs and vanilla; stir.
    Sift dry ingredients together.
    Add to margarine mixture.
    Roll dough into 1-inch balls and place on greased cookie sheet about 2 inches apart.
