Kahlua - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. water
    3 c. sugar
    2 tsp. pure vanilla
    6 Tbsp. instant Yuban coffee
    1/2 c. water
    1 qt. vodka (80 or 100 proof)
    2 tsp. glycerine (you can purchase at drugstore)
Preparation
    Combine water and sugar.
    Bring to boil and boil 3 minutes. Cool.
    Add vanilla and instant coffee which has been dissolved in 1/2 cup water.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Pour into dark bottles and age 2 weeks.
    Makes 2 quarts.
