Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lbs. chicken parts
    1 can cream
    1 egg
    2 cups flour
    2 cups vegetable oil
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Soak chicken overnight in salt water.
    Combine cream and eggs in shallow dish.
    In a plastic bag, combine flour, salt, and pepper.
    Dip chicken in egg mixture; place in bag.
    Shake bag to coat chicken with flour.
    Cook in hot oil until browned, turning to brown both sides.
    Cover and cook 25 minutes.
    Uncover and cook an additional 5 minutes.
    Drain on paper towels.
