Fruit Cocktail Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. white sugar
2 c. plus 2 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
2 well beaten eggs
1 large can fruit cocktail
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. nuts, chopped
Preparation

Mix first 4 ingredients.
Add 2 well beaten eggs and crumble mixture.
Fold in large can of fruit cocktail, undrained.
Spread in 9 x 13-inch pan (ungreased).
Cover with brown sugar and nut mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
