Caramel Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. flour
    3/4 c. light brown sugar
    1 (12.25 oz.) jar caramel topping
    1/2 c. walnuts or pecans, chopped
    1 c. quick oatmeal
    3/4 c. butter
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate
Preparation
    Combine 1 cup flour, oatmeal, brown sugar and butter.
    Mix well.
    Pat into an ungreased 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Bake 10 minutes.
