Never Fail Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. flour
    2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. vinegar
    2 1/4 c. shortening
    1 egg
Preparation
    Stir dry ingredients together.
    Add to shortening; work into a meal.
    Put vinegar and egg into a 1 cup measure and add cold water to fill to 1 cup line.
    Add to other ingredients and work dough until it comes off hands.
    Form into balls.
    Roll dough out on floured surface with floured rolling pin.
    Leftover dough can be stored in refrigerator for 2 days, otherwise freeze.
    Take dough out of freezer the night before you need it and place in refrigerator.
