Upside-Down French Toast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/4 c. brown sugar, packed
    4 slices canned pineapple, well drained *
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    1/8 tsp. salt
    4 slices thick bread
Preparation
    *You may substitute peach or apples slices for pineapple.
