Ingredients

1 c. confectioners sugar
1/2 stick margarine
3 1/2 c. milk
2 small pkg. instant vanilla pudding
12 oz. Cool Whip
8 oz. cream cheese
2 1/4 lb. pkg. Oreo cookies or similar

Preparation
