Crisco Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. confectioners sugar
    1 c. Crisco
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. boiling water (approximately)
Preparation
    Cream Crisco; add salt, sugar and water gradually alternating dry and liquid ingredients.
    Beat in vanilla.
    Frost
    Polish Christmas cookies and dip in colored sugars.
    Layer in box with waxed paper between layers.
