Chicken Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 chicken or 3-4 breasts
1 c. celery
1 onion
1 large can evaporated milk
1/2-1 c. cooked rice
2-3 Tbsp. flour
pinch of baking soda
Preparation

Cook chicken and remove from bone.
Save about 1 quart broth. Cook celery and onion in broth.
Add 1 can of evaporated milk. Next add cooked rice, flour, and a pinch of baking soda.
Finally add chicken back to mixture and let simmer.
Using a larger amount of rice and flour makes a thicker consistency.
