Grandma Groff'S Tapioca Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 qt. milk
    2/3 c. tapioca (not instant)
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Put on to heat milk.
    Add tapioca and stir frequently to prevent lumping.
    Mix together and add beaten eggs, sugar and vanilla.
    Cook, stirring constantly until it comes to a boil and thickens.
    If too thick, add milk as desired.
    Stir occasionally as it cools to prevent a thick skin from forming.
    Making pudding from scratch is easy and delicious!
