Barbecue Beef (Pork) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. beef or pork in 1/2-inch cubes
    2 Tbsp. fat
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 c. diced celery
    1 c. catsup
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. chili powder
Preparation
    Brown meat in hot fat and add water.
    Cover and cook 1 1/2 hours or until tender.
    Reserve broth.
    Add enough water to make 2/3 cup.
    Shred meat with fork.
    Cook onion and celery until tender.
    Add beef broth and remaining ingredients.
    Simmer, uncovered, for 20 to 30 minutes or until desired consistency. Good to freeze.
