Sweet And Sour Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 lb. boneless pork loin, cut in 1-inch cubes
    1 (1 lb. 4 oz.) can pineapple chunks
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    3/4 c. thinly sliced green pepper
    1/2 c. thinly sliced onions
Preparation
    Brown meat in butter in heavy skillet. Drain pineapple (save juice). Combine water, vinegar, brown sugar, cornstarch, salt, soy sauce and 1 cup pineapple juice. Cook until clear and thickened. Add meat (pineapple, green pepper and onions added later).\tCover and cook over low heat about 1 hour or until fork-tender.
