Smothered Chicken - cooking recipe

boneless breast of chicken
onion
butter
potatoes
salt
pepper
Preparation

Cut aluminum foil into 12-inch squares for each piece of boneless chicken.
Spray aluminum foil with Pam.
Place a piece of chicken on each piece of aluminum foil.
Slice potatoes and onion over each piece of chicken.
Put 1 tablespoon butter on each and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Fold aluminum foil over the chicken.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for about 20 minutes.
