Chicken With Olives - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. chicken pieces
    1 Tbsp. fresh rosemary
    10 sage leaves, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, chopped
    1 c. red wine
    salt and pepper
    2 c. tomato sauce
    1 c. chicken broth
    1 c. green olives
Preparation
    Brown chicken, then add rosemary, sage, garlic and wine.
    Add salt and pepper.
    Cook and reduce liquid, then add tomato sauce and chicken broth. Bring to a boil, then lower heat and cook 45 minutes to 1 hour.
    Add green olives.
    Simmer 10 to 12 minutes. Serves 4.
